Xander is here!

I started noticing regular contractions (lasting 30 seconds, 3 minutes apart) while I was at work at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 16th. Alexander finally made his appearance at 2:55 a.m. on Sunday, November 18th -- over 36 hours later! It was a long and exhausting labor, but with Trevor's amazing help and hypnobirthing skills, I was able to deliver Xander anesthetic-free as planned. He was a big and healthy baby, measuring nearly 21 inches long and weighing 8 lbs, 9 oz.
